If you plan on working for front desk they’ll hire you for “front desk” but in reality they will lie and put you in the call center (which is not mentioned when you’re being interviewed) which is just a small room where you answer phones all day and wont see anyone back there even the manager barely goes back there, the training is horrible they don’t actually take the time to properly train you they kind of just throw you in there and you’re on your own, the person who trained me did a horrible job she was very disrespectful and always answered you in a bad tone when it came to asking her questions that doesn’t help when your new and that’s the person you need to ask for help, and the manager only promotes her favorites if you’re not one of the favorites you won’t get promoted even though there’s others who’ve have been there longer waiting for a promotion.
